We are about to start the application of Elastomeric liquid membrane system to a large flat roof area on a Working Mens Club in Co. Durham.

This system is applied directly over the top of the existing failed green mineral felted system, preparing by cleaning down, applying fillers and tapes to stabilise then hand applying the liquid membrane.

The system is solvent based with aluminium pigment to reflect the harmful UV rays from the sun which is part of the cause of most roof failures.

We will be including a 10yr defects guarantee with this system.
