We have recently been awarded the go-ahead for major works to a Grade 2 listed hall in North Yorkshire. These include the fitting of Belgian clay pan tiles, lead works and lime mortar works.

We are about to start the application of Elastomeric liquid membrane system to a large flat roof area on a Working Mens Club in Co. Durham. This system is applied directly over the top of the existing failed green mineral felted system, preparing by cleaning down, applying fillers and tapes to stabilise then hand applying the liquid membrane. We are just about to start work on a house in Ripon, North Yorkshire. We will be re-pointing the stone façade of the house using traditional lime mortar techniques.
